The art of the Lamington

Making a tasty treat for eating during lunchtime can be a challenge. The cake mustn't be too sweet, not too gummy. It has to sit lightly atop a nice meal of lasagna and salad, for example.You can't just make a heavy cake and then expect people to eat it. Here at 9 London Road, we understand that.
